HELP DESK ANALYSTS

Responsibilities:

  • Will provide support services for Internal Help Desk concerns and for Exchange 2003/2007
  • Will primarily be tasked with resolving incidents in the department's support over the phone
  • Basic troubleshooting for desktop and Microsoft Office is required
  • Must maintain metric goals, SLA goals and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or other related courses.
  • With excellent English communication skills
  • With at least 1 year phone support/call center experience preferably in IT support (desktop, printers, etc.) or email support
  • Capable of working in a team and multi-tasking environment
  • With basic understanding of troubleshooting steps that need to take place for connectivity issues relating to email delay
  • Strong working knowledge of common operating systems and software applications
  • With understanding of SMTP message flow, basic security concepts, Active Directory and its relationship to Exchange and profile setup, an advantage
