HELP DESK ANALYST
HELP DESK ANALYSTS
Responsibilities:
- Will provide support services for Internal Help Desk concerns and for Exchange 2003/2007
- Will primarily be tasked with resolving incidents in the department's support over the phone
- Basic troubleshooting for desktop and Microsoft Office is required
- Must maintain metric goals, SLA goals and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or other related courses.
- With excellent English communication skills
- With at least 1 year phone support/call center experience preferably in IT support (desktop, printers, etc.) or email support
- Capable of working in a team and multi-tasking environment
- With basic understanding of troubleshooting steps that need to take place for connectivity issues relating to email delay
- Strong working knowledge of common operating systems and software applications
- With understanding of SMTP message flow, basic security concepts, Active Directory and its relationship to Exchange and profile setup, an advantage
