Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include Internal Help Desk Support and resolving incidents via phone

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant courses
  • With understanding of SMTP message flow, basic security concepts, Active Directory and its relationship to Exchange and profile setup, an advantage
  • With basic understanding of troubleshooting steps that need to take place for connectivity issues relating to email delay
  • Excellent client-facing communications skills, written and verbal
  • Capable of working in a team and multi-tasking environment
