Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include Internal Help Desk Support and resolving incidents via phone
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant courses
- With understanding of SMTP message flow, basic security concepts, Active Directory and its relationship to Exchange and profile setup, an advantage
- With basic understanding of troubleshooting steps that need to take place for connectivity issues relating to email delay
- Excellent client-facing communications skills, written and verbal
- Capable of working in a team and multi-tasking environment
